Although you are receiving a tuition waiver from our office, you must indicate on the form that you can cover the other expenses shown on the budget below. This is an admission and visa requirement.
The expenses below are estimates. The University reserves the right to change fees at any time without notice. If admitted to the UW, check the costs given on your I-20 for late revisions.
All sources of funding (personal, sponsor, scholarship, etc.) must be verified and must sign this form. If you are receiving financial support from a sponsor, please include an official letter from the sponsor indicating the terms and amount of the award.
Please note: you must also provide an original bank letter or statement as evidence of financial resources.

*As part of the exchange agreement, you will receive a waiver of tuition and technology fees. Please note that the following fees are not covered by your tuition waiver:

- UW Student Accident & Sickness Insurance
- International Student Orientation
- Additional course fees listed in Time Schedule (e.g., lab, studio, ESL fees)
