Mailing List Subscription Instructions

To better assist the flow of communication between students and the International Programs and Exchanges office, we have established a mailing list. This list delivers general IP&E announcements, as well as important country-specific announcements. We would very much appreciate it if you would subscribe; to do so, follow the steps below.

1. To subscribe to the IP&E announcements mailing list, go to: http://mailman1.u.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/ipe-announce
2. Click 'Login' and login with your UW NetID.
3. Fill in your name and email address and click 'Subscribe' to submit the form. The UW's Mailman software will send you an email with instructions to confirm your subscription request.
4. Once you've confirmed your subscription, you will receive a second email with a password and a link to edit your subscription options. Follow that link and login with your UW NetID or the generated password.
5. Scroll halfway down the Membership Configuration page to select which country-specific announcements to receive.
   If you would only like to receive general announcements about the IP&E, check 'General Announcements' - if you would like to receive all announcements sent to the list, don't select anything.
